Located in Eastchester, NY in Lower Westchester County, our physical therapy and sports therapy clinic specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation. The experienced physical therapists at our Eastchester, NY location also treat patients requiring neurological or neuromuscular rehabilitation, as well as balance and vestibular rehabilitation. Student athletes from the Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Bronxville, Scarsdale, and Yonkers communities regularly receive physical therapy and sports therapy at our Eastchester location in Lower Westchester County for orthopedic injuries sustained in school sports.

Driving Directions

  • Take the Cross County Parkway to Exit 8 (N. Columbus Ave./ Rte. 22).
  • Make a left onto N. Columbus Ave/ Rte. 22 (same for eastbound and westbound exits).
  • Follow Rte. 22 for approximately 3 miles and Premier will be on the left hand side between Lincoln Ave. & Apple Ct.
  • Look for a white house that sits up on a small hill with a parking lot next to it. We are located on the ground level accessible through the parking lot.
